Pre-Order Policy

1. Pre-Order Placement 

  • Eligibility: By placing a pre-order with Pawsonify for our upcoming product, you agree to our pre-order policy outlined herein.
  • Product Availability: Pre-orders are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited quantities may apply.

 

2. Payment

  • Payment Method: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
  • Refunds: Pre-order payments are refundable up to 30 days after the order is placed, minus a 5% processing fee. Beyond this period, pre-order payments are non-refundable.

 

3. Production and Shipping

  • Timeline: The estimated production time is 1-3 months from the pre-order date. However, this timeline is subject to change due to unforeseen production & shipping delays.
  • Shipping: Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. We will provide updates via email regarding production progress and shipping details.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it will not ship until all items are ready. Shipping dates for mixed orders are estimates and may change. We will keep you updated via email on the progress and expected shipping timeline.

 

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order within 30 days of placement for a full refund, minus a processing fee. After this period, pre-orders cannot be canceled.
  • Changes: Changes to pre-order details (e.g., shipping address) are permitted up to 3 days before the estimated shipping date.

 

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Pawsonify is not liable for any production delays or for failing to meet the estimated shipping date. In the event of significant delays or cancellation of production, Pawsonify will offer refunds or alternative compensation at its discretion.

 

6. Agreement to Terms

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to this pre-order policy and understand that the estimated delivery timeline is subject to change. You also acknowledge that pre-ordered products may differ slightly in final design or features due to production adjustments.
