We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as B-Grades and clearance products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Engraving is included at no extra cost! Every Pet Tag comes with complimentary engraving, so you can personalize it to your liking without any additional charges.
When customizing your Pet Tag, it’s best to include essential information due to limited space.
- Your pet’s name
- A contact phone number
- A note if your pet is microchipped
- You can also include a short message like “Call if Lost”
Unfortunately we do not offer these options at this time.
If we made an error on your Pet Tag, we’ll gladly replace it for free. However, if the mistake was in the information you provided, a $10 fee applies for a new tag. (Shipping is included in this fee)
Since customized products are made specifically for you, we can only offer a 50% refund on returned items, as they cannot be resold.

We typically ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days. For orders within the USA, most shipments via USPS arrive within 3-5 business days.
For international orders, we use DHL & UPS. You can expect delivery within a 1-2, though occasional delays at customs may occur.
