- Engraved tags can’t be resold, so they aren’t eligible for exchange and returns are refunded in part rather than in full.
- If we make a mistake on your engraving, we’ll replace the tag free.
- If the engraving details submitted were incorrect, we will charge a $10 fee to re-engraving and re-ship.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We're at Anime NYC (Booth 237) from August 20-23, orders placed during the show will ship once we're back at the studio. We will resume shipping on Tuesday, August 25. Orders within the US usually arrive in 2-5 business days.

It's pretty heckin cool to have anime products/accessories for the pets! Especially when it's Naruto themed, I had to get it for Ripley. I love the look of it on my cat, it has a nice fit and the red is an eye-catcher. Shipped and delivered in a timely manner, overall great quality!
I’m absolutely in love with the collars; in got a black rogue ninja collar with an Akatsuki tag for my DLH calico Missandei and a blue Leaf ninja collar with a Naruto tag for my orange tabby DSL.
