30 Days - Return or Exchange
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days.

6 Months - Product Warranty
Our 6-Month Product Warranty offers a replacement for faulty products.

- If the item being claimed under warranty is discontinued or sold out, you can choose an item of the same value or lesser value.

At Pawsonify, we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s how we make sure you’re happy with your purchase:
- 30-Day Return/Exchange: If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange on selected products and orders.
- 6-Month Warranty: If you’re outside the 30-day window, our 6-month warranty has you covered.
- This warranty includes a One-Time replacement for any defects* within the specified timeframe.
*Exclusions: Fraying, chewing damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse are not covered by the 6-Month Warranty.
We’re here to ensure that you love your Pawsonify products!
If your Item(s) breaks or you find a manufacturing defect in your item(s) within 6 months of the original purchase date, just reach out to us with a brief description of the issue and a photo or video clearly showing the defect.
We’ll arrange a one-time replacement of the same product at no cost to you during the warranty period. If the product is discontinued or out of stock, we may replace it with a similar option.
We cover most defects related to our products, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials (e.g., broken buckles, broken D-rings, torn material)
- Splitting or fading leather (applies to the Naruto Rogue and Ninja collars)
- Broken loops on the top of Pet ID Tags
- Partial fading of engraving on Pet ID Tags
Examples of what isn't covered:
- Any chewing on the buckle, Pet ID Tag, Material or hardware of the product
- Fraying of the material due to pet scratching or licking
- Disassembly or adjustments made to the product
- Modifications caused by improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage coming from or caused by normal wear and use
Pawsonify reserves the right to review and validate any warranty claims or adjust our warranty policies at our sole discretion.
If you purchased an item from the Pawsonify Booth at a convention, please use our online form to submit your claim. Make sure to include your name, contact details, the product in question, the convention name, and the approximate date and time of your purchase. Be sure to attach pictures so we can assess whether the item qualifies for coverage. Claims must be submitted within 6 months of purchase and cannot be accepted after this period.
Only the original account holder who placed the order can claim the warranty, meaning your friend would need to submit the request.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Pawsonify order number from our website (www.pawsonify.com) or relevant order details (such as convention details) and submitted to our customer service team for review.
We can only provide a replacement for the same product as the original order, unless the original item is discontinued or out of stock.
